TAI CHI GUNG is a regenerative system for health and longevity practiced by the Darchen Lamasery in Tibet and passed down unchanged through a 3,300 year lineage.

A series of gentle, flowing movements with balanced breathing, the practice of Tai Chi Gung helps us consciously connect to the energy of life within and around us, supporting health and wellness on all levels of being.

Tai Chi Gung has been shown to:

  • improve balance & coordination

  • increase strength & mobility

  • relieve stress, promote relaxation & peace

  • support mental focus and meditative presence

  • ground and balance your energy

Practice is done standing, is low-impact, and can be adjusted to suit your physical ability.

Props will be provided if needed. No yoga mat necessary.
